  2. Surrender to and accept reality

  3. Find small moments of joy and calm, especially at the start of the day

  4. Get out of the house for dedicated work blocks

  5. Focus on nutrition and hydration

  6. Shift perspective to gratitude and let go of stress

  7. Adjust your schedule and priorities as needed
